Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

1. Medical Disqualification

You will receive a full refund if a Genesis Health medical provider determines during your initial consultation that you are not medically eligible for treatment based on established medical guidelines.

Exception: If you knowingly omitted or misrepresented relevant medical information on your initial qualification questionnaire, and that information is later disclosed during your consultation, you will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Billing Error

A full refund will be issued if Genesis Health charges you incorrectly due to a billing or processing error, including duplicate or incorrect charges.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable:

Prescription Medications

Once your medical intake has been submitted and your order enters the clinical review and fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This is because medical provider review, prescription processing, and pharmacy fulfillment begin immediately.

Supplements and Wellness Products

Orders for supplements and wellness products are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Products are allocated specifically for your treatment plan and cannot be restocked or reused.

Subscription Charges

Canceling your subscription prevents future recurring charges only. Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 15 days before your next scheduled billing date by emailing care@trygenesis.com.

If you cancel fewer than 15 days before your next billing date and your medication has not yet shipped, Genesis Health may, at its sole discretion, issue a 10% account credit toward a future purchase. Once medication has shipped, no refund or credit will be provided.
